1. This 30 Hour Affiliate Broker course is most likely the last step to obtain your Tennessee real estate license.  The first step is to take the 60 Hour Tennessee Real Estate Principles course and sit for the state exam. 
2. The second step is to take this course. Upon successfully completing this course you can obtain your real estate license.

1. This course is composed of 13 units/chapters. Each unit has four sections: Reading Assignment, Interactive Exercises, Reading Comprehensive Quiz and a Unit Exam.
2. Every Reading Comprehension Quiz needs to be completed with a score of 100%, Each Unit Exam Quiz must be completed with a minimum score of 90%. This is the most important part of the course, because as the student works through these modules it demonstrates mastery of the course.
3. A student can move into the next unit without passing the previous one but, the student will not be able to access the final exam until everything is completed and passed. 
4. Once all modules have been completed you will be able to access the final exam.

1. Once the student purchases this course, the student CANNOT get a refund.
2. The student has ONE year to complete the program.
3. The only portion of the course that is timed is the end-of-course exam. The student has three hours to complete the exam. Students must complete the exam in one session. A grade of 70% or higher is required to pass the course.
4. If the student fails the On-Line end of course exam, the student must take the course again and pay the full tuition fee again.
5. This course is totally web based. The course is not downloadable. The student can work through the course at the their convenience.
6. This course is NOT designed to be printed for security purposes and copyright regulations.
7. At the time of registration for the On-Line Distance Learning Course, the student will receive an e-mail from Dearborn's RE Campus, verifying their registration.  Within 24 hours of registering, the student will also receive an e-mail from the instructor, so the student will have an instructor contact during the course. 
8. Every On-Line student must agree to the following affidavit: "I certify that I personally completed all assignments and have not duplicated any portion of the end-of-course examination." This certification affidavit is incorporated into the course under 'Instructions for the Final Exam'. The student must select 'yes' and click "enter" to take the final exam.
9. Before taking the on-line final end-of-course exam, it is important the following technical information be review by the student to eliminate as many technical issues that might arise.
10. Upon completing the course, RE Campus posts for Cooke Real Estate School a daily report of students' final grade. The staff at Cooke reviews this report daily, Monday through Thursday, and mails the completion certificates to those students who have successfully received a grade of 70% or better. Allow three to four business days to receive this completion certificate.   It is recommended that you e-mail Info@CookeSchool.com when you have successfully completed the program.
