Tennessee real estate license students are required to take two courses for licensure:
- 60 Hour Tennessee Real Estate Principles Course
- 30 Hour Tennessee New Affiliate Course.
Students must take the 60 Hour Principles Course before taking the Tennessee real estate state exam BUT the Tennessee Real Estate Commission will not issue a license to students until students have completed the 30 Hour New Affiliate Course. So Cooke Real Estate School has a special package pricing for the two courses so students can easily fulfill the license requirements in total and save some money.
