CONTINUING EDUCATION REQUIREMENT FOR REAL ESTATE LICENSEES: 

All real estate licensees must complete 16 hours of continuing education. Twelve (12) hours are elective and four (4) hours is a mandatory Tennessee Real Estate Commission Core TREC Course which available and approved below..
