APPROVED TENNESSEE REAL ESTATE APPRAISAL CONTINUING EDUCATION COURSES

Tennessee Appraisers are required to take 28 continuing education hours every 24 months.  Of the 28 hours, 7 must be the National USPAP Update of Equivalent.  14 hours of continuing education per cycle may be taken as distance education towards your appraisal license renewal.
